Step-by-step Process
All candidates will be emailed all required documents for the application. Please Provide 2 forms of identification. NO background check or drug testing is required. There is a possibility of a background check for some positions on the Call Center platform.

Equipment help & Cost
We are currently not providing any equipment, however we do have plans on doing partnerships. Where as you can set up a financial plan to help you with all cost. There will be a mobile app also available to your discretion. Any questions or comments please reach out to Prime Direct and we will have someone to advise you.

Expectations & Growth.
Customer service Agents will be handling Inbound and Outbound calls, live chat, and emails for businesses . Resume Building Workshops will be provided as valuable tips and tools to help individuals create a strong and professional resume that highlights their skills and qualifications.
Independent Contractor
All agents will be an independent contractor on their 1099 form. In addition to those who are recruited through Prime Direct LLC, There will be a $79.99 IBO Fee that comes out of each paycheck. Termination Fees of $25 do also apply. Please note , Agents are allowed to work for more then one company However, we suggest getting yourself comfortable with your position before beginning another company for work.
All Prime Direct Clients will be rerouted to the Call Center Platform to operate work. Payroll will be conducted on a Bi-Weekly Bases.
